Week in a nutshell:
▶️ Ghelamco Poland announced that the construction of the second stage of Vibe will start this year. The developer also plans to begin selling apartments in The Suite Grzybowska 73 and start building the Nova Marina Gdynia mixed-use project.
▶️Terg acquired two more retail parks in Garwolin and Ruda Śląska, totaling about 15,000 sq m. The seller was PKB Inwest Budowa.
▶️TVH Parts Co., a global supplier of machinery parts and accessories, has leased almost 17,000 sq m in Prologis Park Ruda Śląska, with Cushman & Wakefield as the advisor.
▶️The new headquarters of TR Warszawa at Plac Defilad is getting closer—the tender for the contractor of the first stage will soon begin.
▶️Sopra Steria Polska will occupy 4,000 sq m in the Grundmanna Office Park A building, owned by Cavatina Group.
