🔴 Focus Estate Fund has acquired three shopping centers – in Sosnowiec, Ruda Śląska, and Rybnik – and has announced further purchases.
🔴 Rock Park Radom has also changed hands – LCP Properties acquired it from Rock Capital and will transform it into M Park. The seller was represented by Avison Young | Poland.
🔴 Shopper Park Plus has purchased four retail parks in Slovakia from Tesco, with Savills advising on the sale-and-leaseback transaction.
🔴 Mint Investments has acquired The Square office building in Prague – a 14-storey property owned by Amundi, offering 19,000 sqm of space. The seller was advised by CBRE Czech Republic.
🔴 An undisclosed Polish investor has acquired the Mazovia Plaza building in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district from Martley Capital Group. Avison Young and DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners advised on the transaction.
🔴 Greenstone Equity Partners has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Format Gdańsk from TORUS, with the seller supported by Cushman & Wakefield.
🔴 Prologis has delivered a new warehouse and production facility in Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. The first tenant, TVH Parts Co., will occupy nearly 17,000 sqm of the total 37,000 sqm.
🔴 Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II. Clarion Partners Europe has acquired the Pruszcz Gdański complex for EUR 59 million, with LPP S.A. as the main tenant.
