We invite you to the final review of the week before the winter break ❄️ ⛄

The most important news in a nutshell:

Max Realitní Fond SICAV a.s. has acquired the Myslbek mixed-use complex in Prague. The previous owner was Anatol Invest Holding B.V.

Alior Bank SA is changing its office locations in Warsaw and Krakow. The bank’s headquarters is moving to Varso Place, while its Krakow branch is relocating to Ocean Office Park, owned by Cavatina Holding. This was the second-largest office relocation agreement in Krakow last year.

⭐ Companies from the BNP Paribas group have extended their lease agreement in the Prime office building in Warsaw but have significantly reduced their leased space. The office building on Grzybowska Street is managed by the HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH fund.

LCP Properties has acquired its third property from Green Hills Investment—this time, M Park in Racibórz has joined LCP’s portfolio.

⭐ In Dzierżoniów, Redkom Development has begun construction of a retail park—Silesiana, which will feature 30 stores across approximately 19,000 square meters.

⭐ In Wrocław, DEVELIA S.A. has purchased a plot of land at Pl. Orląt Lwowskich, where it plans to build a private student residence with around 600 rooms. The land, originally intended for a hotel, was sold for over PLN 40 million by a company from the PURO Hotels group.

And in the exclusive section of this week’s review, three audio postcards 🎙️

🔥 More and more companies are planning to relocate their headquarters to more comfortable or centrally located buildings to provide better conditions for employees and attract new talent. But with the current supply, it’s not an easy task—Joanna Mroczek from CBRE Poland and Marcin Piatkowski from TORUS explain why. 🏬

🔥 A few days ago, Kestutis Sasnauskas, the head of Eastnine, visited the Estate FM editorial office for an open conversation. Today, we’re sharing a preview of that discussion (full release coming in a few days!). One of the topics? Who is the tougher negotiator—Skanska or Ghelamco Poland? 💪

🔥 Despite the recent change in government, the construction of the Central Communication Port is moving full steam ahead. Krzysztof Misiak MRICS from Cushman & Wakefield talks about the significance of infrastructure investments related to this project. ✈️

And in the literary corner… 📖

Let’s be honest: we all like making money—for ourselves and for our companies—but do we really understand how it works? 💰 The book „From Animals to Gods” by Yuval Noah Harari, an Israeli historian and popular science writer, offers some insights. Jan Zaworski from Colliers reads it—for free! 📣

After the weekend, we invite you to more exclusive content, but the next weekly review will be in three weeks 🕰️
